Fish & Grits




It's the simple things that are often so satisfying.
In my ongoing attempt to rekindle the morning person inside, I keep thinking of my favorite breakfasts.
This is one.
Fried catfish, grits and gently scrambled eggs.


Ingredients
Fish (Cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper and some hot oil)
Grits
Eggs
Butter


Just do it. Put some cornmeal in your flour before you coat the fish. It gives it that extra crunch and make your grits nice and buttery.
