Banana Nut Smoothie



Bananas are not my favorite.

I do not enjoy the texture of chewed banana in my mouth. It gets kinda slimy. And then I don't feel well.

However, I am able to overlook the slime factor when the banana is reconfigured.
I'm forgiving you see.

I embrace banana bread, banana pudding, banana pudding ice cream (yes, it's real) and now my very own Banana Nut Smoothie.


I have to tell you. It's so decadent and there is nothing but natural goodness in it. Simple.

Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of almonds
pinch of cinnamon
a few ice cubes

Get your blender. Put the ingredients in. Turn it on. Let it run until it's reached your desired level of smoothness. And enjoy.
